PURPOSE: A chair formed with a rotatable desk, which is linked to a seat panel of the chair, is provided to simplify folding/unfolding works thereof while maximizing a utility of the desk. CONSTITUTION: The foldable type chair comprises an arm rest part and a body part, which are linked to a seat panel of the chair, respectively. The body part including a desk is rotatably coupled to a frame of the chair. The arm rest part serves to support the body part and to share a vertical load applied to the desk of the body part. In addition, the desk may be formed with a foldable book rest(4).
