PURPOSE: A closed emergency shutoff valve for reducing pressure is provided to shut off promptly by automatically operating the closed emergency shutoff valve in forming flames around the emergency valve. CONSTITUTION: A closed emergency shutoff valve system is composed of an emergency shutoff valve(101); a control pipe(102) combined with a control pipe connection hole of a driving unit of the emergency shutoff valve; a union(109) combined with the end of the control pipe; a branch pipe(110) diverging from the control pipe; and a mechanic heat detector combined with the branch pipe. Gas is shut off automatically and promptly by actuating the closed emergency valve in detecting flames around the emergency valve. Damage or injury is prevented by shutting off gas and extinguishing at a fire.
