PURPOSE: To provide a laminated film for a COF capable of good alignment the case of mounting an IC chip, a printed board or the like without problems such as peeling strength, resistance to migration or the like and to provide a COF film carrier tape. CONSTITUTION: The laminated film for the COF comprises a structure in which a conductor 11 and an insulating layer 12 are laminated. A light transmittance of the layer 12 of an etched region of the conductor 11 is 50% or more.
