PURPOSE: Provided is a fishing tackle to make ease of switching a fishing net and working vertically which applies the principle of working an umbrella to open or close the fishing net so that it increases convenience in treating the fishing net. CONSTITUTION: The fishing tackle to make ease of switching the fishing net and working vertically comprises the parts of: a rail(2) which is placed at the front side of a ship and combined with a vertical working rail(3); and the switched fishing net which is placed at a vertical working part for the switched fishing net(12) wherein a piston(4) is connected to a switch lever for the fishing net(7), a working lever(7') is connected to a cylinder(5) to combine the switch lever, a hole is punched at the cylinder to insert a working pin for the cylinder and fix at the cylinder, a rope(9) is tied at the front side of the working pin and a rope(10) is suspended at rear side of the pin to connect a roller(20).
