PURPOSE: A seat for a vehicle is provided to make a user conveniently seat an infant by assembling a safety belt with an upper seat back after seating the infant between the upper seat back and a headrest. CONSTITUTION: A cushion(4) is installed on a lower base(2) in a vehicle room. A lower seat back(6) installed behind the cushion is rotatable until the upper end adheres to the cushion and has two fixing holes(6a). An upper seat back(8) is installed at an upper portion of the lower seat back. The upper seat back is connected with the lower seat back and removed from the lower seat back. A seatback fixing unit(10) installed between the lower seat back and the upper seat back guides the upper seat back until the upper seal back moves down to the rear portion of the cushion when the lower seat back adhered to the cushion. A headrest(12) is combined to the fixing holes of the lower seat back when the upper seatback is placed behind the cushion.
