PURPOSE: A coupling structure for a joint of a filled steel tube and a beam is provided to simplify repair and reinforcement works and to improve economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In the coupling structure for a joint of a filled steel tube and a beam, an outer diaphragm(21) is welded/fixed to a square steel tube(30) functioning as a column, and a beam flange(10) is welded to the outer diaphragm(21), wherein the outer diaphragm(21) and the beam flange(10) are welded in the trapezoid shape.
