PURPOSE: A high frequency device of a dedicated short communication base station is provided to easily scan and change channels, thereby coping with various services. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency switch(210) selects a path in communicating with a vehicle terminal according to a transmitting or receiving mode. A receiving part(220) receives a received high frequency signal in a short range wireless frequency band, mixes the received high frequency signal with a local oscillation signal to be converted into an intermediate frequency, and demodulates received data. A transmitting part(230) modulates transmit data into the local oscillation signal, amplifies the power of the local oscillation signal, and outputs the local oscillation signal through the high frequency switch(210). A local oscillating part(240) generates receiving and transmitting frequencies at high speed lock time by applying a PLL(Phase Lock Loop) type on a signal path, and generates the local oscillation signal in the short range wireless frequency band through multiplication.
