APPARATUS FOR SHIELDING ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES

PURPOSE: An apparatus for shielding electromagnetic waves is provided to minimize the influence of the electromagnetic waves by discharging the electromagnetic waves to the outside through power lines. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic shielding member(G) is used for shielding and collecting electromagnetic waves generated at a heating member. A neon lamp is turned on or turned off by the electromagnetic waves applied from the electromagnetic shielding member(G). A variable resistance(EVR2) is used for discharging the electromagnetic waves applied from the electromagnetic shielding member(G) to the outside by using one of power lines(AC1,AC2). The first and the second resistance(ER16,ER17) are used for protecting the variable resistance(EVR2) from the power applied through the power lines(AC1,AC2). A touch portion(TOUCH) is connected to a neon lamp through the fourth resistance(ER18).
