PURPOSE: Structure of a sunroof head lining is provided to reduce the production cost and the weight of a sunroof and to improve the operability and the external appearance of a sunshade by removing a sealing welt process. CONSTITUTION: A receiving section(32) is placed in one side of a sunroof frame(20) fixed on a roof panel is formed inside an end portion(31) of a head lining(30). A clip member(40) is inserted to the receiving section. The clip member is adhered to the head lining and covered with a cover member(50). Since a portion of the sunroof frame is received in the receiving section, a sealing welt process is not needed.
