<p>The invention provided a recombination virus proliferating specificly in tumour cell which can express antioncogene with high efficiency and the method of it's proliferation. Telomerase promoter controlling the transcription of at least one necessary gene for recombination virus proliferating can make the virus optionally proliferate in tumour cell which have the activity of telomerase and basically do not proliferate in the normal cell which have not the activity of telomerase.At the same time there are inserting tumour therapy gene in the genome, and this make it express antioncogene with high efficiency in tumour cell, so specificly kill the tumour cell by the synergism of virus and antioncogene. This recombination virus can be used to therapy kinds of tumours.</p> |
