PURPOSE: To provide a methyl methacrylate resin composition affording a material for a light diffusing member having good diffusion transmittance of light and excellent durability with suppressed yellowness of transmitted light. CONSTITUTION: This methyl methacrylate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a methyl methacrylate resin, 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a light diffusing agent, 0.0005-0.1 pt.wt. of an ultraviolet light absorber selected from 2-(1- arylalkylidene)malonic esters and oxalanilides and 0.0001-0.01 pt.wt. of a fluorescent substance.
