The appliance has air intake, heater, and a mixer flap moving between two positions. The flap (100) has a rotary shaft (101) located next to the edge (46) of a deflector channel (6), opposite to the air intake. The shaft has first and second sections (102,103). In a first position (I) the first section closes the feed opening to the heater, and the second section at least partially closes the deflector channel. In a second position, first and second sections act together to close an opening for direct passage to an air distribution circuit (15,16,33).
