PURPOSE: A nontoxic and environment-friendly new material using a thermoplastic ethylene-copolymer and its preparation method are provided, wherein the material is dioxin-free and heavy metal-free, is improved in the solvent resistance without deterioration of the physical properties, and can replace poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC). CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing a thermoplastic ethylene, an ethylene copolymer, and an additive; maturing the mixture at a room temperature; adding a chemical and/or an additive the matured one; re-maturing the mixture at a room temperature; extruding the matured one at a high temperature; and cooling it and cutting it. |
