PURPOSE: A cutting punch vibrates up and down by a vibrator to cut pipes fixed by a shaft to cut the end of the shaft in a tapered shape. CONSTITUTION: A pipe cutting device comprises a punching machine(11) to cut a pipe(5). A pipe supplying device(31) supplies pipe to the punching machine. A pipe rotating device(51) rotates pipe supplied from the punching machine. A cylinder(71) is connected to the pipe rotating device to move the pipe rotating device back and forth. A pressing roll device(91) is mounted in the punching machine to attach the pipe to the shaft(65) of the pipe rotating device. A guiding pin(101) is inserted to a guiding groove of the shaft.
