PURPOSE: Provided is a palm which transmits sound pressure generated from a space part into an inner body to minimize pain and shock of internal organs so that it helps to eliminate phlegm in an efficient way. CONSTITUTION: The palm is characterized by comprising the parts of: a hitting part(24) which hits a subject(40), a connection part(14) and a human body wherein the subject includes an electromagnet part(43) and an adjusting device part(42) to supply power for the electromagnet; and the space part(22) which is included in the middle of the hitting part and penetrated through the lower part for generating sound pressure.
