The present invention concerns a method for implementing, in a computer system, a plurality of interfaces for objects, these objects being objects of the COM ("Component Object Model") type or collections of these objects, characterized in that it comprises: a step for storing a description of each object interface (2) in an interface description language (IDL), a step for storing in an object-oriented programming language a model class (1), this class corresponding to the implementation of a so-called generic interface (4) that displays all the methods of the object interfaces (2) described in the interface description language, a step for storing for each object interface (2), in an object-oriented programming language, a class (3) that inherits from the model class (1) and that corresponds to the implementation of the object interface (2).
