PLATE FOR INSTALLING WOODEN MOLD TO FABRICATE CORE

PURPOSE: A plate for installing a core wooden mold is provided to manufacture cores in mass-production by supporting lower portions of a plurality of core wooden molds. CONSTITUTION: A core machine stores mixed sand in a sand hopper through an elevator. Core wooden molds(11) are supplied through a conveyer. The core wooden molds(11) are moved up by means of a lift, which is operated by a cylinder. A plate(21) for installing the core wooden molds(11) supports lower portions of two core wooden molds(11) so as to introduce the core wooden molds(11) into the core machine. The plate(21) includes a rectangular mounting plate(23) having a plurality of guides(25) at an upper portion thereof. The lower portions of the core wooden molds(11) are coupled to each other by five coupling members. The coupling member includes a bush(31) formed at an upper end thereof with a tapered head.
