PURPOSE: To provide a 'ranking system' focusing on the relation between 'foreign language conversation communication skill' and 'sports skill'. CONSTITUTION: The ranking system is constituted of a means 101 to input the type of a sport and the records or the ranking at the sport, a means 102 to calculate sports points from the records or the ranking, a means 103 to select a language, a means 104 to input the foreign language conversation communication skill, a means 105 to convert the foreign language conversation communication skill into points, a means 106 to calculate a ranking by comparing the sports points and the language points with the data recorded and stored in a network server via a network, and a means 107 to display the ranking.
