A capsaicin−sensitive sensory nerve depressant which contains quinuclidine−3'−yl 1−phenyl−1,2,3,4−tetrahydroisoquinoline−2−carboxylate or a salt thereof as the active ingredient. It is a remedy for a urologic disease selected among interstitial cystitis, hypersthesia in the lower urinary tract, and prostatitis.
