The water-lines of the lower body half show a laminar flow profile with maximum thickness to the rear, with water-lines converging other than convex in their continuations, all apart from the bottom part of the vessel. Water-line length increases upwards in the bearing part of the boat, as against water-line width which decreases in this upwards direction in relation to the line thickness. Most of the water-line of the lower half of the body ends at stern on a line set typically 30 deg off the vertical axis of the boat. The lines of the bearer half of the body are extended by a rudder. The water-lines in the upper body half run similar to those of the bottom half from the stern where they are truncated to form a stern replica.
