PURPOSE: A self balance adjuster of a brake assembly for a vehicle is provided to keep pressure of a pad evenly by forming the asymmetrical center structure of the piston and the pad at the initial stage and the symmetrical center structure in wearing the pad. CONSTITUTION: A brake disk is surrounded by a caliper(20), and a pressure pad(21) is embedded in the caliper. Pressure pads are formed at both sides of the brake disk. An adjuster(30) moves with interlocking with a piston(22) by transmitting hydraulic pressure in operating the brake pedal. The piston moves by forming the asymmetrical center with the pressure pad. The adjuster turns with moving the piston to the pad according to wear of the pad, and integrates the center of the pad and the piston. Pressure of the pad is kept evenly with the symmetrical structure of the center according to wear of the pad.
