PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting a location of an FEL of an LCD projector optical engine is provided to improve a transfer efficiency of light by adjusting the FEL up and down and from side to side. CONSTITUTION: The first plate(120) supports an FEL(110). An up and down adjusting screw(121) and a left and right guide groove(124) are formed at the first plate(120). A 'Z' shaping guide(111) shapes the FEL(110). The FEL(110) is inserted into a T-shaped projection(123). The second plate(130) adjusts the first plate(120) from side to side. A left and right guide projection(133) and a left and right adjusting holder(131) are formed at the second plate(130) to correspond to the left and right guide groove(124) and the left and right adjusting screw(121). The third plate(140) adjusts the first plate(130) up and down. An up and down guide projection(142) and an up and down adjusting holder(141) are formed at the third plate(140) to correspond to the up and down guide groove(134) and the up and down adjusting screw(132) of the second plate(130).
