DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING TAPE IN TAPING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A tape supply apparatus for a taping machine is provided to increase the yield rate and productivity by restricting breakage of a coil strip or unwinding with keeping the surface temperature of a taping roll and adhesive force of the tape. CONSTITUTION: A tape supply device for a taping machine is composed of a protecting case(201) having a door and upper and lower guide windows; a tape roll fixing bar(301) folding a tape guide; a tape(704) stuck to a separable tape(701) mounted in the taping machine, and wound on the tape roll fixing bar; a guide roll(401) guiding the tape to the upper guide window; a separable plate(402) guiding the waste tape to the lower guide window; a fixing clamp bar(404) rotating by a motor, and collecting the tape from the lower guide window; and a preheating unit(502) having a guide hole, a preheating air discharge port and a separating detecting sensor. Breakage of the strip is restricted by keeping adhesive force and the surface temperature of the taping roll.
