PURPOSE: A hood hinge assembly of a vehicle is provided to mount a hinge bracket and a hinge arm in a front fender panel and a hood panel firmly by modifying the hinge arm structure, and to prevent the hood from being pushed into passengers by fitting the end of a push preventive protrusion to a fitting hole at a head-on collision. CONSTITUTION: A hinge bracket(110) is fixed in the upper part of a front fender panel(1), and a hinge arm(120) is fixed in the lower part of a hood panel(2). The hinge arm is combined with the hinge bracket by a pin. A fitting hole(121) is formed at the side of the hinge arm, and a push preventive member(130) is inserted to the fitting hole. The push preventive member is combined with the side of the hinge bracket, and turned by a hinge(130a). The hinge bracket and the hinge arm are mounted firmly with the closed structure of the hinge arm, and passengers are protected at a head-on collision.
