PURPOSE: A method for a real-time transaction on the Internet is provided to make a contract between businessmen finally by realizing the transaction content in real-time through a transaction room without previously fixing a transaction condition. CONSTITUTION: A buyer selects a seller from a database previously stored in an intermediary site by connecting to the intermediary site. The transaction room previously opened to the intermediary site is appeared on a display of the buyer by requesting the transaction to the selected seller. At the same time, a transaction request message is transferred to the display of the seller through a messenger via a server of the intermediary site. The seller receiving the message joins to the transaction room and advances a transaction conversation.
