PURPOSE: An elastic bandage regenerating device is provided to achieve a large amount of regenerated firm and uniform bandages within a very short time with a minimum of labor. CONSTITUTION: The elastic bandage regenerating device is comprised of a body, which contains a 25W DC motor, a controller and a power switch, a stainless reel for allowing an elastic bandage to be wound tightly thereon, three kinds of stainless rotating wings and stainless circular plates received in the rotating wings. The rotating wings include square, circular and triangular wings.
