PURPOSE: A semi-continuous casting type method for manufacturing an aluminium foam panel is provided to compression mold the aluminum foam panel on the conveyor using a certain shaped molding box by tapping to a conveyor aluminum foamed in a foaming furnace after passing through viscosity increasing and diffusion agitations. CONSTITUTION: The semi-continuous casting type method for manufacturing an aluminium foam panel comprises the processes of tapping aluminum(13) foamed in a foaming furnace(11) after passing through viscosity increasing agitation and diffusion agitation to a conveyor(15); and compression molding the foamed aluminum(13) transferred on the conveyor(15) using a certain shaped molding box(17), wherein the aluminum(13) is controlled to a desired width by shutting off a tapping hole of the foaming furnace at certain time intervals so that the aluminum is spreaded out by operation of the conveyor(15) when the foamed aluminum(13) is tapped onto the conveyor(15) from the foaming furnace(11).
