PURPOSE: A lancing die having an auxiliary die is provided to improve working efficiency without re-fabricating a lower die when the lower die is broken by installing the auxiliary die on the lancing die. CONSTITUTION: A lancing die includes an upper die(10) and a lower die(13) so as to form a hole in an object. An auxiliary die(20) formed with a lancing hole(21) is coupled to an upper surface of the lower die(13). The upper die(10) is formed with a protrusion in order to form the hole in the object. A resting surface(15) is formed at an end of the lower die(13). A coupling hole(19) for receiving a stopper pin(17) and a screw hole(14) for receiving a bolt(12) are formed in the resting surface. The auxiliary die(20) is coupled to the resting surface(15). The auxiliary die(20) has a rectangular shape.
