<p>Compositions and methods for the therapy and diagnosis of breast, ovarian and prostate cancer are disclosed. Compositions may comprise one or more lipophilin fusion proteins, which comprise at least two different lipophilin-like polypeptides linked by a peptide bond. Such compositions may be used for the prevention and treatment of breast, ovarian and prostate cancer. Diagnostic methods based on detecting the presence of lipophilin complexes, or antibodies thereto, in a patient are also provided.</p> |
