<p>POLYETHYLENE AND OBTAINED PRODUCT The present invention refers to a new polyethylene bag and its manufacture procedure. Specifically, is related to a new polyethylene bag manufactured from recycled polyethylene. With the present invention it is obtained a a polyethylene bag and production process thereof, producing the same from recycled material, with almost no trouble in the drawn, with the same mechanical resistance that the bags made with virgin material have; with a more or less equal dimensions bag material thickness that the bags made with virgin material have. The process is characterized because the hollow cylindrical preform is extruded in at least two concentric layers, being in contact the external surface of the internal layer with the internal surface of the external layer, being at least one of the layers formed of recycled polyethylene, going through the simultaneous drawn of the two layers in the stationary bubble of stretched air.</p> |
