METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAVORED LAVER USING ESSENCE OIL EXTRACTED FROM PINE NEEDLE AND PRODUCT PRODUCED THEREBY

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing savored laver by using essence oil extracted from pine needles to give the savored laver pine needle flavor and functionalities. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing savored laver using essence oil extracted from pine needles comprises the steps of: extracting essence oil from pine needles using a mixed solution of edible oil and water or single edible oil as a solvent by boiling at 100-150 deg.C for 0.5-3 hours then pressing them; roasting laver at 190-240 deg.C then followed by spreading mixed oil of the essence oil and edible oil on the roasted laver and roasting it at 250-340 deg.C; and sprinkling edible salt on the roasted laver then roasting it at 300-350 deg.C.
