PURPOSE: A damper adjuster for a porous panel of a raised floor is provided to move a driving plate accurately by engaging properly with pressing a rack gear to a pinion elastically, and to reduce expenses and working hours by installing promptly and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A rack gear(133) of a driving plate(130) is moved back and forth according to rotational direction of a shaft(124) for a pinion(123) of a fixing plate(120), and air holes(121,131) are opened and closed in a damper panel(110). Teeth grooves are formed at both sides of the rack gear, and the pinion of the fixing plate is engaged with the tooth groove. A stopper in a casing(160) is fastened in the fixing plate, and fitted to the opposite tooth groove. The rack gear is engaged with the pinion by pressing the rack gear to the pinion with the elastic piece, and the driving plate is moved accurately. The position of the driving plate is controlled by elastic force of the stopper, and a damper panel is assembled easily.
