PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a woody mat with inlaying pattern formed which adheres woody sheet to upper and lower side to prevent twisting for long-term use so that it shows excellence in durability and water-proofing. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the woody mat with the inlaying patterns formed comprises the steps of: (i) adhering the woody sheet to the lower side of an HDF sheet or a woody board and forming the inlaying patterns part at the upper side; (ii) coating the upper side by the natural paint; (iii) cutting in the form of long piece with having the same width entirely; (iv) processing each corner part in a chamfer form to form a 'V'-character groove at each long piece; (v) coating the upper side by the natural paint again; (vi) after realigning the long piece, adhering a tape to the upper side to assemble the entire parts and unite them as one; (vii) selecting one or more among bottom culture or functional culture to heat and compress the upper side for eliminating the tape; and (viii) forming a sewing groove at corner to sew a finishing packing paper.
