PURPOSE: A system for processing an XML(eXtensible Markup Language) based web document and a readable recording medium thereof are provided to enable a general user to easily write the XML based web document of a dynamic slide type and to simply display the document on a web browser regardless of a form of a platform by storing the XML based web document written by a local PC in a database and making the stored data be displayed through the web browser of a local client. CONSTITUTION: A web server(10) connected to the Internet or an intranet is connected with a plurality of clients(20) through an Internet connection tool. The client(20) writes the web document(50) by appointing various forms and sizes through an XML based application(40) activated and provided by the web server(10). The written web document(50) is stored in a web document storage(60). If the client(20) requests a presentation, the web document(50) is extracted through a legacy database(61) storing the present data and realizing the combination with the new data. The extracted web document is displayed on the web browser of the client(20).
