PURPOSE: A panel combining device is provided to maximize coupling force of bolt by preventing reverse rotation of bolt and washer in the portion where a significant vibration is generated. CONSTITUTION: A panel combining device comprises a bolt(4) having a screw part(1) and a head(3) with an insertion hole(2); a fixing pin(7) having a soft rod(5) formed at the lower part of the fixing pin and a hard rod(6) formed at the upper part of the fixing pin; and a washer(10) having a convex-concave part(8) with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the head of the bolt, wherein the convex-concave part is formed at the circumference of a coupling hole(9) formed at the center of the washer, and the washer has protrusions formed at both sides of the bottom surface of the washer. Panels(20,20') to be coupled with each other have grooves(21,21') formed at the upper surfaces of panels so as to correspond to protrusions of the washer, and the washer is mounted onto panels. The bolt is inserted from the top of the washer, and the fixing pin is pressed, such that the soft rod of the fixing pin is press fit to the convex-concave part of the washer.
