<p>A parallax image input apparatus for acquiring a plurality of images seen from different viewpoints, comprises an image forming device for forming images of the external world, and a parallax image pickup device for selectively imaging pieces of image information, which have passed through different positions in the image forming device, and converting the pieces of image information into image signals. The apparatus also comprises an image recording device for recording the image signals, which have been obtained from the parallax image pickup device. The apparatus has a simple constitution and easily obtains parallax images seen from many viewpoints. <IMAGE></p> |
