PURPOSE: A relay method using the transmission delay and the reflective loss of a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) signal and an apparatus therefor are provided to effectively control feedback phenomenon generated when operating a high power for expanding a service area or improving the quality of a shadow area. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(410) receives a receiving signal necessary for relay from a donor base station or a mobile station. A near-by signal detecting unit(401) detects a near-by signal. The first transmission delay unit(420) removes the detected near-by signal from receiving information. A reception control unit(430) stores the received signal. A filter unit(440) removes a spurious wave generated during the gating operation of the receiving control unit(430). The second transmission delay unit(450) stores received information during a uniform period. The firs transmission control unit(440) controls the transmission of received information. A transmission conversion amplifying unit(470) converts transmission information into an amplifying frequency. The second transmission control unit(480) removes a basic noise generated in the transmission conversion amplifying unit(470). A transmission unit(490) transmits the output signal. |
