<p>PURPOSE: To provide a heat dissipation sheet, which adheres to a heat dissipation body such as a PDP glass panel and a heat sink such as an aluminum chassis, has uniform heat distribution, easily transmits heat to a heat sink such as aluminum and easily releases bubbles held between a heat dissipation sheet and a heat dissipation body or a heat sink. CONSTITUTION: The heat dissipation sheet is formed, by making a heat dissipation base material having open cells impregnated into a heat dissipation material selected from a group, consisting of heat dissipation gel and heat dissipation grease. A layer which is superior in heat dissipation property such as silicone gel, aluminum foil or the like is sometimes formed on the heat dissipation sheet, and at that time the layer is sometimes snicked.</p> |
