PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a health supplementary food(named as sin-sim-gi-un-myeong) by mixing 72 kinds of foods having good effects on the lung and the large intestine according to appropriate mixing ratios. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing health supplementary food(named as sin-sim-gi-un-myeong) comprises the steps of: mixing 72 kinds of foods; steaming the mixture for 2 hours; passing the steamed mixture through a roller to crush fibers; maturing the mixture in a basket at 50-60 deg.C for 72 hours with spraying medicinal herb extracts; steaming the matured mixture for 4 hours; repeating the above maturing and steaming steps; extracting the steamed mixture at 20-50 deg.C; mixing the extract with a raw grain food; adding germinated unpolished rice, calcium and an extract of pine needles or pine buds to give a final product. |
