PURPOSE: Provided are a biodegradable plastic material capable of ensuring long-term reliability and a molding using this biodegradable plastic material. CONSTITUTION: The biodegradable plastic material is treated with a compound reactive to active hydrogen contained in the biodegradable plastic material. In particular, the biodegradable plastic material is a biodegradable polyester material. Further, the biodegradable plastic material is a copolymer of biodegradable polyester and a biodegradable polymer having an amino group and/or an amide bond; or a mixture of biodegradable polyester and a biodegradable polymer having an amino group and/or an amide bond.
