摘要 PURPOSE: A time synchronization signal insertion satellite navigation compensation signal transmitting/receiving system is provided to exactly confirm a time slot interval of a received signal in a receiver side by inserting a data synchronization signal into time information while maintaining an RTCM format. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting system includes a satellite navigation receiver(2), an atomic timepiece(6), and a data link part(12). The satellite navigation receiver receives a GPS signal and generates difference compensation message. The atomic timepiece(6) in a reference center generates time information in which 1 pps synchronous signal is inserted. The data link part(12) modulates and transmits the difference compensation message and time information to a user. A receiving system includes a data link part and a satellite navigation receiver. The data link part demodulates and obtains the difference compensation message and time information. The satellite navigation receiver displays and outputs a final navigation information location coordinate.
