PREPAYMENT MANLESS PARKING MANAGEMENT ACCOUNT SYSTEM USING VEHICLE IMAGE RECORD

PURPOSE: A prepayment manless parking management account system using a vehicle image record is provided, to prevent the illegal parking by collecting the parking fee in advance and employing the image information about the parking vehicle. CONSTITUTION: The prepayment manless parking management account system comprises a parking watching machine which is set at each parking zone, senses the exiting vehicle and detects the image information of the vehicle; and a prepayment manless parking managing machine which collects in advance the parking fee of the entering vehicle, and managing and accounting the parking fee of the exiting fee by the sense and detection image information from the parking watching machine. Preferably the parking watching machine comprises a vehicle sensor for sensing the vehicle inside of the parking zone; a digital camera for extracting the image information of the vehicle; a communication part exchanging the information between the prepayment manless parking managing machine; optionally a lightening device; and optionally a warning device for outputting the warning message to the illegal parking vehicle.
