PHEONOTYPIC CORRELATION PROCESS

A process for determining the status of a living organism. In this process, cellular material which contains a first microtubule, a second microtuble, and a multiplicity of microtuble associated proteins is imaged to determine both the positions of the microtubles and the positions of the microtubule associated proteins located between the microtubules. The pattern of microtubules associated protein attachment is therein correlated with historic phenotypic data to determine whether there is any abnormality in the sample specimen.
