PURPOSE: An electrical conductive poly(thiophene) non-aqueous dispersion solution, its preparation method and its use are provided, to obtain an excellent electrical conductivity, electromagnetic wave screening effect, capacity and antistatic property with a small content of a conductive polymer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of adding 0.3-30 wt% of a thiophene monomer deriving a conductive polymer to 15-80 wt% of an organic solvent containing 5-60 wt% of a polymer micro gel; adding 2-55 wt% of an organic solvent containing 1-40 wt% of an oxidizing agent polymerization catalyst; and reacting the mixture at 0-150 deg.C. Preferably the organic solvent containing the polymer micro gel comprises further 1-20 wt% of a dopant. The thiophene monomer comprises thiophene, 3,4-(ethylenedioxy)thiophene, the 3-alkylthiophene represented by the formula 1 and the 3-alkoxythiophene represented by the formula 2, wherein R is an alkyl group of C1-C20 or an alkylene oxide.
