PURPOSE: A method for hemming a door panel is provided to exclude a temporary welding process by increasing the combining strength of a door inner panel and a door outer panel. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive for hemming is mixed with ceramic balls at a ratio of 3-5%. The particle diameter of the ceramic ball is 280-320 micrometer. For hemming door panels, a door outer panel(21) is loaded on an assembling jig(23)(S1). An adhesive(29) is pasted on a flanging portion of the door outer panel by using a sealer gun(27)(S2). A door inner panel(33) is fitted to a gap(T) pasted with the adhesive, and the door inner panel is fixed on the door outer panel(S3). The edges of the door inner panel and the door outer panel are hemmed by using a press punch(35) and a die(S4).
