PURPOSE: A particle shape absorbent for pet is provided to achieve an effective deodorization effect by rapidly absorbing excretions of pet and removing bad smell generated from the excretions. CONSTITUTION: The particle shape absorbent for pet is made of pulp fibers, which contain natural or synthetic high molecules and are molded into a particle shape. To the pulp fibers is attached an acid high molecular solution by the use of a sprayer. The acid high molecular solution is obtained by coupling at least one of sulfone, carboxyl and phosphate,on the basis of natural cellulose, starch, or glycogen, and others.
