PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an optical disk easily controlling eccentricity is provided to easily control the eccentricity by recording information for eccentricity control at an external periphery part of a substrate and control the eccentricity without reducing data record capacity by separately preparing an area to record information for eccentricity control. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an optical disk easily controlling eccentricity includes the steps of preparing a substrate(10) having a diameter larger than the diameter of a disk to be finished finally, forming a first information for eccentricity control at an external periphery part(E) of the substrate, preparing a sheet(20) in a predetermined thickness, forming a second information corresponding to the first information for eccentricity control at an external periphery part(E) of the sheet, joining the substrate with the sheet fitting the second information to the first information, and cutting the external periphery part of the substrate joined with the sheet.
