PURPOSE: Provided is a mat with leg pressure massage device which warms, presses and massages the legs with heat to smooth the blood circulation and prevent the adult diseases. The device maximizes the treatment effect and helps the recovery from fatigue when used in conjunction with a spine management machine. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises leg pressing tools(100) with asperities(110) for pressing, which is kept at the end of the mat and is erected to press and massage legs in use; a far infrared lamp which is located at the part of leg contact and irradiates far infrared light in the direction of the asperities(110) for heat pressing and a length changeable tools(400) which adjusts the distance of the pressing tools(100) according to the height of the user.
