PURPOSE: A method for a two-way electronic commerce using a voice and a moving picture is provided to supply a feeling that a visitor purchases a commodity in an off-line store for the visitor by publicizing a commodity through an image of a moving picture system through an on-line and making a consumer purchase a commodity after a dialogue through an image telephone or a voice system. CONSTITUTION: A database communication network(15) is provided for transmitting/receiving predetermined data. A commerce main server(20) is connected to the database communication network(15) and performs an electronic commerce for a store and a shopping mall simultaneously. A store client(19) is connected to the commerce main server(20) and supplies an actual commodity and service to a moving picture system through an image. An image system client(18) supplies commodity information as an image through a moving picture based on commerce information using a commerce main server(20). A consumer client(16) is connected to the commerce main server(20) through a recommendation or an introduction and purchases a wanted commodity or service through a moving picture. A web server(21) displays predetermined information for an Internet commerce. A client managing server(22) supplies commodity or service information of the store through an E-mail of the consumer, the moving picture system, a voice, and an image telephone, and supplies a mobile service necessary for a transaction.
