IN-SITU MEASURING SYSTEM OF BIOMASS IN MIXED CULTURE

PURPOSE: An in-situ measuring system of biomass in a mixed culture is provided, thereby easily and effectively disposing of environmental contamination and rapidly detecting changes in properties of waste water. CONSTITUTION: The in-situ measuring system of biomass in a mixed culture comprises the parts of: a culturing vessel; a multiple pump(2) which transfers a solution to be measured from a first inlet(21) to a first outlet(22) as well as a solution to be analyzed from a second inlet(23) to a second outlet(24); a first washing and filtering device(3) which washes and filters the solution to be measured, adds an acid solution into the filtered, remaining solids and reversely washes them; an ultrasonic wave crusher(4) which crushes the first washed and filtered solution and drains the crushed solution; a second filtering device(5) which filters the crushed solution and reversely washes it; a distilled water tank(61); an acid solution tank(62); a transferring pump(63) which transfers the distilled water and the acid solution; a spectrofluorophotometer(7) which extracts or analyzes the second filtered solution to be analyzed; a drain tank(8) which stores a drained solution; and a compressor(9) which provides highly pressurized air.
